Okay, okay, my apologies to the movie gods. It's actually my fault. I jinxed it. Four months ago I declared "The Adjustment Bureau" to possibly be the greatest preview I had ever seen and Universal promptly pushed its release date to 2011. And upon having declared my astronomical desire to see James Cameron direct one Angelina Jolie as Cleopatra, well, it only took a week for James Cameron to announce his intention to film a couple "Avatar" sequels as opposed to directing Angelina Jolie as Cleopatra. (Sorry, Angie. My bad. I should've kept my mouth shut.) Now the inevitable question turns to what director will the movie gods tab to undoubtedly misfire on what should be an unmissable project?
darrlin bands foresees one of the following three:
A.) Stephen Sommers.
B.) Renny Harlin.
C.) Brett Ratner.
Don't think it can't happen. In other news, Michael Bay recently announced his intention to film a remake of "Ben Hur" starring Shia LaBeouf, Ridley Scott signed on to helm a project telling "the true story of the mythical abominable snowman" and Katy Perry tweeted that she was offered the part of Lady Macbeth on Broadway.
