Obama to Honor China With Lavish State Dinner. China to Pick Up Tab.

Washington DC, Dec 2, 2010. President Barack Hussein Obama, D-Kenya, has issued an invitation to Chinese President Hu Jintao for an official dinner at the White House next month.

The President is asking the Chinese dictator to bring the latest $400 billion loan money with him. President Obama desperately needs the cash to help bail out the EU, and to fund bailouts for GE and Harley Davidson.

There is also some hope among administration officials that President Obama can use this opportunity to persuade China to to exert pressure on their ally North Korea to stop bombing our ally South Korea.

Right now the USA depends heavily on loans from China to fund President Obama's lavish lifestyle and constant bail outs of major corporations and even entire foreign nations. And China depends heavily on the USA for merchandise orders from over 4,000 Walmart Superstores. So both nations have a vested interest in good relations with each other.

The Obama White House is pulling out all the stops for this gala event, and has even hired the entire culinary staff from the Sichuan Pavillion on K Street, which is First Lady Michelle Obama's favorite Chinese restaurant in DC.

"They make the absolute best egg rolls," Mrs.Obama told us, "And their Sweet and Sour Pork is to die for."

While the original plan was to serve Chinese delicacies, like Mu Shu Dog, the menu was trimmed back to only safer, less controversial dishes. "It was necessary to drop dog, lizard, and monkey from the menu," a White House spokeswoman told us. Absolutely no expense will be spared for this lavish state dinner. The First Lady has even ordered customized fortune cookies to make the event special.

    Senator Al Franken
There was one minor problem when Senator Al Franken, D-MN, decided to wear a traditonal Chinese costume to the event.

A sharp eyed White House aide noticed that Mr. Franken had mistakenly chosen a traditional Japanese costume instead, so his costume designer was told to come up with something more appropriate.

Senator Franken told us "Gee... it was an easy mistake to make. They all look alike. How was I supposed to know?" Senator Franken came into politics with no actual experience in public office. He was previously a cast member on a TV comedy show.
