Rand Paul Announces New Bill

Bowling Green KY, Nov 10, 2010. Senator Elect Rand Paul, R-KY, has proposed a new uniform for members of Congress, so that voters will be able to instantly identify their sponsors.

"This will be the first bill I introduce" Mr. Paul told us. "I patterned the uniform after the coveralls that NASCAR drivers wear. Except rather than motor oils and car makers, they will display the logos of their corporate sponsors."

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-NV, agreed to model Paul's new uniform concept. "The suit is actually pretty comfortable," Reid told us. "And when you are wearing it, it keeps your good clothes clean, once the mud slinging starts."

Congressional Democrats are looking forward to getting suits displaying the NEA logo, as well as the logo for the Trial Lawyers Association as well as other leftwing special interest groups like Greenpeace and PETA.

The biggest contributors to political campaigns come from the left.

Many of these organizations are closely tied to government. Unions only exist in some states by force of government regulation.

This connection has gotten even more powerful this year, with the rise of the government employees' union as the top contributor to political campaigns. The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) spent $87.5 million this year to help Democrats.

Google and Microsoft both claim to be "proud sponsors of Barack Hussein Obama," so odds are Democrats will wear their logos. Also all major media companies, and almost all Hollywood studios sponsor Democrat candidates.

Meanwhile, Republican Congressional members are ordering their NRA, John Locke Society, and Christian Coalition suit patches for their new uniforms.Source URL: https://extravagancedeplumes.blogspot.com/2010/11/rand-paul-announces-new-bill.html
